If you don't initially limit your search to a specific Document Type, you can do so once you have your Results screen by choosing a type under the Document Types window on the left and clicking "Refine":

If you've selected an article of interest from your Results list, click on the title to bring up the Web of Science information page about it. Your search terms will be highlighted in yellow, so you can see where they occur in the Web of Science record (i.e. the title, abstract, keywords, etc.):

The Document Type will be listed under the Document Information section towards the bottom, near the Journal Impact Factor link:
